In the reception area of our clinic, we have two professional patient liaison officers who are responsible for the following tasks:
Receiving and processing patient information, assisting healthcare professionals.
Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and arranging relevant tests.
Requesting patient records or information, collecting patient data and registering it.
Managing patient medical records.
Handling payment and insurance matters.
Addressing general inquiries from patients.
